Let Africa Live (Laissez L'Afrique Vivre: LAV) is a non-profit organization operating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Founded March 15, 2000 by a group of young professionals and officially recognized by the Congolese government, LAV works with vulnerable youth affected by more than 20 years of armed conflict in the east of the DRC. Since its creation, LAV has trained almost 3,00 youth in professional development programs.

OUR MISSION

Contribute to the creation and strengthening of mechanisms for the socio-economic reintegration of youth victimized by the wars and armed conflicts in the east of the DRC.

TARGET GROUPS

-Children (girls and boys) who have left militias and armed groups.

-Vulnerable youth in particularily difficult situations.
